  • Athens: President Hotel Athens / Wyndham Grand Athens or Similar. Walkable to sights, rooftop terrace with stunning city views

  • Mykonos: Manoulas Beach Mykonos Resort or Similar. Near Old Town or beach. 

  • Santorini: Splendour Resort Santorini Or Similar. Elegant rooms, onsite restaurant offering Greek cuisine

Pricing and Payments

  • Per Person (Double Occupancy): $2,291

  • Per Person (Single Occupancy): $3,329

  • Deposit Amount: $200 per person due at booking + Travel Protection Amount

  • Deposit: Due November 3, 2025 

  • Final Payment: Due August 1, 2026

  • Early Bird: Book by October 25, 2025 to save $100 per person, off the total trip

  • Flexible Pay: Split your balance into easy installments. Pay at your own rate.


Pricing and availability subject to change. All payments are non refundable.  Travel Protection is available and suggested for your protection.

Cancellation Policy

We understand these are uncertain times and want to make sure you feel confident about your options if your plans change. For this reason, we strongly suggest the addition of travel protection. 


Cancellation Charges

Deposits are non-refundable. However if canceled more than 90 days before the travel date, you can transfer it to another date or trip.


If canceled less than 90 days before the trip, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. For the balance amount, the below cancellation fee will be applicable.

  • 90-31 days prior to arrival: 40% of total cost  + $50 agent service fee
  • 30-7 days prior to arrival: 755 of total cost + $75 agent service fee
  • 6 days - less than 72 hours or no show: No Refund + $150 agent service fee

  • Do I need a visa? US passport holders typically do not need a visa for short tourist stays in Greece; passport must be valid 6+ months beyond return.
  • How fit do I need to be? Expect walking on uneven streets and stairs. Trip pace is relaxed with moderate activity.  
  • Can I room solo? Yes—select the single option or ask to be matched (if available).
  • Can additional nights be purchased? Yes, additional nights can be purchased. Pre or Post tour.
  • Flights? Book your own or request a flight quote through TCD.
  • Are payment plans available? Yes—see Flexible Pay above.
  • Should I purchase vacation protection? YES! Highly recommended; ask us for a quote.
  • Can I add additional activities? Yes, additional/optional activities are noted on the itinerary and can be noted on your quote request.
  • Am I able to invite friends? Yes. We are looking to build our Tribe.  You are more than welcome to share this link. 
  • How should I pack? It is up to you but light packing is suggested.  Because you will move from city to city, it is best not to have heavy luggage or many pieces to transfer. 
  • Will there be opportunities to connect with those traveling? Absolutely! TCD will host a informational zoom along with 2 meetings opportunities prior to the trip.
  • How do I make a payment? Check your email for the link to your invoice.  You can submit a payment at anytime using that invoice.
